Will I have trouble marrying my foreign girlfriend a such a young age?
I am from the UK and my girlfriend is from Brazil. We are both 21 years old and we plan to marry soon. She plans to come and live with me in the UK, and although I hold a steady job as a chef, and she plans to work here when she arrives, the current economic status here makes me think that they will reject our fiancee visa application on the grounds that we will not have enough money to support ourselves. She will work in the services industry, too, and so we will both be living on full time minimum wage hours. What is the likelihood of our application being successful?

Cant see a problem with her obtaining a Visa, providing you are a UK citizen.

legal adults are aged 18 and over. a young age for marriage is 16 and 17.
