What's the best Debit Card to use outside of the country?
I have bank of America....going to brazil, they told me it's $5.00 every time I withdraw money.....and 3% charge everytime I make a purchase not in the US

Foreign transaction fees are a monster. Especiallly on debit cards. If you are traveling you really need a credit card. Capital One offers one without ANY foreign transactions fees. Just call them up and ask for it. Even with a bank of america credit card, the fees will be lower than one of their debit cards...

hmm its visa. but just get money exchanged here in the US before you go to brazil. It would be much cheaper without withdrawal fees. :) but visa is best..ive used it when i traveled to Mexico, argentina, costa rica, and moscow. its great.
