Does anybody know WHERE they make money in Brazil? Like for example, if farming is a large part of their economy, where are most of the farms? Same with like, fishing, I can't seem to find this info anywhere else on the internet-- so I'm turning to YA, and before you say "do your own homework" I just want to say that I DID! And I just cant seem to find these answers!! So HELP!!

Well, farming... Brazil is a MASSIVE country so farms are also massive. They are widely spread throughout the country, specially on the southern half. You can check the vegetation and climate instead! The southern bit is greener, so they farm, the northern bit is, well, the rainforest, so there is nothing but forest over there... And the central bit is drier, so they mine there... There are also loads of underground oils fields throughout the whole coast ^^ The richest brazilian copanies are the ones that manage oil and mining, rather than the ones that farm. Hope it helps^^

My dad is a part time missionary. He goes to Africa every year. It's a very expensive trip. He's going to Haiti in a week and I'm going this summer. One of the best ways to build up money is to send letters to friends and family telling them where you're going and why you're going. My dad hasn't had to pay for a trip to Africa yet. God will provide the money you need. Also if you're into crafts or cooking you can find a place and sell things and tell people where the money is going.

Car washes, sell Krispy Kreme doughnuts, and like previous person said, letters.

GM spending a billion U.S. tax dollars in Brazil... How do you feel about that?

GM spending a billion U.S. tax dollars in Brazil... How do you feel about that?
Should GM be spending a billion dollars of US citizens money in Brazil? Does this make sense? Fellow citizens have lost jobs and this company was in such turmoil they asked for a bailout... Should it not be spent in the US?

Brazil is a fast developing country with 180 million people, most of whom don't have cars. GM is the #2 car maker in Brazil right now. This is probably why they spend money there. Because they sell a lot of cars there.

Why Do Most Brazilian Make Very Little Money?

Why Do Most Brazilian Make Very Little Money?
When it comes purchasing power on a per capita basis, Brazil ranks in at a pathetic 76th place. Even the average Mexican and the average Chileno makes more money than the average Brazilian. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(PPP)_per_capita

Neither Chile nor Mexico had black slavery, When the slaves were freed they were whispered of the society the substitution of the hand of slave work for Germans and Italians created a social abyss that it is reflected until today. One of the rulers' largest objectives is to distribute income among the poor population, we are a rich country with poor population, that will only be solved with an base education of quality .

Because Brazilian people just like to watch futebol on TV, samba on the streets, surfing at the beach, and drinking beer everywhere. They don't like to work hard, they have more days offs them working days during the year. they don't fight, they are not humble people, and most of them are just happy for what they have, no great expectations in life, They like to pray and expect everything to come from the sky. and they complain about poverty, and blame god for everything. just like they say ''Brasileiro so'quer sombra e agua fresca"'.

No, we Brazilians do not blame God for everything, we work hard and even more, the blame is BRAZILIAN GOVERNMENT. And yes we are humble people and they never give up anything. Although frankly, talk that Brazil is the country of football, but is not seen as much, but because Brazil has already won several times in the world cup .. But anyway .. I also thought the Americans were stuck up and etc., but I met and I found some super different from what people say. I also think we know each other before judging. Kisses and Hugs! Good luck in your life.
