Suerte.

first off i live in baltimore and real estate is really crappy here everything is so high these days here the gas and electric runs around 400 a month so i would not advise moving here since you have not recuperated from your last loss

Maybe move home for awhile and give yourself some family time with you and your baby. If you can live safely with your parents, give it a try. Don't let his greed ruin your life. Your No. 1 priority now is your child.

99.9% of universities in both the United States and Canada will accept internationals students for admission. You just simply have to choose the university you want to attend and look at their website for information on how to apply as an international student. In regards to work, in the United States you are legally allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per and this employment must be on-campus. In Canada you can work both on-campus and off-campus but if you choose you work off-campus you need to apply for and receive a work permit before you start employment and you are also limited to working a maximum of 20 hours a week. As for 'cheap' - there is no such word in an international student's dictionary. If you want some websites with a list of universities try the following: http://www.princetonreview.com/home.asp http://dir.yahoo.com/Education/Higher_Ed… If you're looking for cheap colleges in USA, then you'll probably have to apply to community college in USA. Community colleges are generally have far cheaper tuition fee than that of Universities. But still if you want to go to university, then here I've mentioned some universities with cheapest tuition fees. University of Florida University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Florida State University San Diego State University College of William and Mary University of Nevada University of Washington California State University-Long Beach University of Virginia Appalachian State University If you want to know about community colleges too, I've found this page for you: http://www.utexas.edu/world/comcol/state

you have to speak english.
2 :
MA or/ Phd in English ( Major ).from Stanford University. Japan pays the highest salary.

The interest and the initiative. If you feel you can apply yourself even when discouraged, or impatient. I believe that all you really need is the desire to do it correctly. Thus brushing up on basic language skills, should give you all that is needed.

I taught English in Japan years ago. Although I did not have a degree in English, I had a college degree and teaching experience so it was not hard finding a job. These days I believe you need to get certified at an ESL training program. I am including a link of a company which specializes in such training programs. Also, if you go to my list of questions, I asked a similar question about teaching English in Japan. The answers may help you. Cheers!

It depends on the country, and on how much you want to make. The more qualifications you have, the more countries you can work in and the higher your pay will be. There are programs in some countries that will take any native English speakers. Japan is not one of them, you have to have a bachelor's degree to be allowed a work visa in Japan. If your only qualification is speaking English, you'll probably just make a living wage for the country you're in. Not saying there aren't exceptions or ways to work your way up the pay scale... but an entry level spot might not pay much. Moonlighting or illegally running an English school out of your apartment will make you large amounts, but depending on the country, it can also ensure your deportation. A bachelor in any program from an English speaking University will open up just about every country to you. With a bachelor, you can earn around 40~50K in Japan, other countries may pay less. Many countries will pay you an extravagant local wage, but it might not translate to high numbers in your own currency. Again, you can moonlight or work from home to bump this rate up, but depending on the area, again this might violate your visa. TESL or TESOL (teaching english as a second *or other* language) certification is generally a year long program at a college, though there are one weekend 'seminars' you could go to instead, but they're as reputable as any other two day program. A TESL certifcate can be as good as a bachelors in some countries, but in others, it's only good to bump your pay up after your B.A. Most countries don't require you to have a teaching degree, but like the TESL, it'll bump your pay up. Same goes for a Masters.

It depends on the institution--many schools provide housing plus a salary [usually in the local currency plus a dollar salary if you are lucky :) Typically, ESL teachers must have a minimum of a master's degree [not necessarily in English] as well as teaching experience although this is again dependent on the institution [university level, high school, or elementary). Teaching environments vary widely; be sure to investigate thoroughly and ask for contact names of current teaching faculty who are by the far the best barometers of the teaching situation.

I can not take her anymore she does not care about the kids or anything so we are sending her back to Brazil. If you are in this country illegally, I don't believe that you can apply for guardianship in the US. You might want to check on guardianship in your own country first, then apply for citizenship here. Once you are a citizen of the US, it is a lengthy, pain-in-the-butt process to get guardianship. You will need a notarized statement from your sister, get the state involved that you are living in, they will assess you for appropriate guardianship, etc.
2 :
In most cases, unless there is opposition or state law requires an investigation into the family to serve as guardian, no one will ask about your citizenship. If your sister agrees to the guardianship, even less likely. However, you run the risk that your sister can threaten you with revealing your illegal status, and extort money or other things from you in return for her silence. You should consult a local lawyer familiar with guardianship and with immigration law (not a common combination, but in your state it might be). You will have to file a petition or complaint for guardianship in the appropriate court (probate or family law court, usually, but it depends on your state's laws and rules).

Hey, What country are you living in? I think in any country you need to be a citizen but that may vary depending on the country you live in.If you or your husband has no criminal record there should be no problem, you will have to contact the social welfare office near your location and explain your situation to them. I am saying this on my own experiences. Thanks
